We provide management and supervision to coordinate construction activities to ensure that the project is built properly in strict accordance with the contract documents.  

During the construction phase we generally provide:

Project mobilization.

Supervision of all field subcontractors and trades.

Jobsite coordination meetings.

Client progress review meetings.

Management and updating of the project schedule.

Coordination of activities with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.

Coordination with owner supplied vendors.

Advice and recommendations for utilizing sustainable construction methods and systems, energy efficiency and alternative energy systems combined with a social and environmentally conscious overview of the entire project.

Testing and inspection services.

Implementation and enforcement of the project safety program. 

Administrative services, cost accounting and document management.

Project status reports.

Quality control programs.

Analysis and approval of all progress payments to subcontractors and vendors to insure percentage of completion and sufficient balance to finish.

Verification that materials and equipment have been approved, delivered and installed in accordance with the contract documents

Preparation of final punch list, related implementation of remedial work and completion; including verification inspections to confirm compliance and completion.

Assembly of documentation and records; including the delivery of equipment warranties to our clients upon completion of the project.  

Project close-out services including assistance with commissioning.

Assistance and coordination of client move-in.

Continued support and back up after project completion.
